Admission Process

To enroll at Mother of Mercy Montessori, your child should be three years old and fully toilet-trained. The application process involves completing an online application and participating in a meeting with our Administrator. The admissions application holds significant importance for securing a placement at Mother of Mercy Montessori.

Follow these steps to initiate the enrollment process:

Fees Arrangements

Full Day Enrollment - from 7:30 am - 5:30pm

Annual Fee is $3,500

You can make one payment of $3,500

2 payments of $1,750

or 4 payments of $875

  • The fee does not include transportation, food, uniforms, or special educational outings. 

The facilities fee is $125 per semester (2 semesters: September and January)

$75 monthly fee for snacks and lunch

Half Day Enrollment - from 7:30 am - 11:30pm

Annual Fee is $2,500

You can make one payment of $2,500

2 payments of $1,250

or 4 payments of $625

  • The fee does not include transportation, food, uniforms, or special educational outings.

The facilities fee is $125 per semester (2 semesters: September and January)

Step 1: Register Your Child

Parents are required to make a non-refundable $40 enrollment fee and fill our our enrollment form.  Click the button below to get a copy of our enrollment form

After completing the form, ensure you have a copy of the following documents ready:

  1. Child’s birth certificate
  2. A photograph of the child
  3. Immunization card
  4. Proof of the non-refundable $40 registration fee payment.

Step 2: Parent Interview

We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for a meeting with our Administrator.

The interview process serves as a valuable interaction for both families and staff.

It provides an opportunity to delve into MMM’s educational philosophy and policies, our commitment to supporting and engaging with the families we serve and understanding the specific needs of your child. This ensures a harmonious alignment between MMM and the goals you have for your child.

Step 3: Exploring Mother of Mercy Montessori Grounds

After the interview, we will show you the Mother of Mercy Montessori grounds. 

Step 4: Welcome to Mother of Mercy Montessori

You’ll receive a confirmation letter from us. This letter will provide you with essential details and confirm the successful completion of your enrollment.
